Can I use playlist editors with Chillio?
Editors are limited on Chillio but you can set them up as M3U Live-only accounts.
We get it—playlist editors are a popular tool to clean up or customize IPTV links. But in Chillio, using editors can cause unexpected issues, so they’re not supported for most use cases.

❌ Why doesn’t Chillio support editors?
Editors can:
- Modify or strip content IDs, which breaks metadata matching
- Cause VODs to mismatch, or not load at all
- Result in loss of watch history, favorites, and organization
- Introduce inconsistent structures that Chillio isn’t designed to handle
To protect your experience, Chillio blocks edited Xtream accounts.

✅ Still want to use an editor? Use it as M3U (Live Only)
- Get your M3U link from the editor
- If Chillio shows a editor error, it's likely trying to auto-convert the link to Xtream
- To prevent this, use a link shortener (like bitly.com) to hide the URL and avoid auto-conversion
This allows you to use your edited list for Live content only.
