Why are my Movies or Shows tabs missing or disappearing?

Chillio hides tabs automatically when your provider disables VOD access—often temporarily.

If your Movies or Shows tabs have gone missing, don't worry—Chillio is working as designed!

Chillio only shows tabs for content that’s actually available from your provider and enabled in your accounts.

📉 Why would they disappear?

Some providers temporarily disable VOD (video on demand)—which includes movies and shows—during:

• Big live events (sports, concerts, etc.)
• Maintenance windows
• Policy or regional changes

🔁 What can you do?

Try this:

1. Go to Settings > Manually Reload Content
2. This will trigger a fresh sync from your provider

If that doesn’t work, we recommend contacting your provider to check if and when VOD access will be restored.

🤔 Why do other apps still show them?

Many apps (including Chillio!) cache content locally. So your other apps or devices may still display old tabs—until you reload. Once you do, they'll likely disappear too if your provider has turned them off.

💡 Pro tip: Reloading will always show you the most up-to-date state of your content.
