How do I transfer my existing Premium so it can be recognized and shared through the Account Portal?

Link your existing Premium purchase to the Account Portal so it can be shared across devices and platforms.

If you already own a Chillio Premium subscription or Lifetime purchase, you can connect it to the Account Portal and unlock cross-platform sharing.

Each Premium purchase supports up to 3 linked devices:

• 🍎 All Apple devices using the same Apple ID count as one device
• 📱 Additional Android devices can be attached separately
• 🔄 Mix and match Apple and Android devices within the same bundle

✅ Step 1: Link your existing Premium purchase

Link your current Chillio device:

• Go to https://account.chillio.app/link

Claim your Premium:

• Go to https://account.chillio.app/premium

If your subscription or Lifetime purchase is detected, you'll see Ready to Claim

• Press Claim

✅ Step 2: Activate devices on your Premium bundle

Now that your purchase is linked:

1. Go to https://account.chillio.app/devices
2. Select Activate on an available bundle slot
3. Select the device you'd like to include in this bundle
4. Restart the device so it can detect and apply the Premium activation

• Apple devices using the same Apple ID count as a single linked device
• Device assignments can be changed later through the Account Portal
• Restarting a device after activation helps force a refresh of Premium status
