How to set up Chillio on multiple devices?

Install Chillio on additional devices and keep your account synced everywhere.

Chillio uses its own secure backend to assign a Device/User ID the first time you open the app. It tries to automatically sync devices using iCloud, but if you're using multiple Apple IDs or sharing across families—no worries, we’ve got you!

✅ To link a new device to your existing account:

  1. Install Chillio on the new device.
  2. Login using the same account you used on your original device (like an M3U, Xtream, or Put.io, FTP, or WebDAV account).
  3. After validating the login, Chillio will ask if you'd like to:
  • Merge with your existing account, or
  • Start fresh with a separate setup.

🔐 Merging Devices:

  • You’ll be asked to enter a 5-digit passcode (auto-generated by Chillio).
  • Find this under Settings > Manage Account > Passcode on your main device.
  • Enter it on the new device to securely complete the merge.
🎉 Once merged, all profiles, settings, and history sync seamlessly across devices!

🔄 Want to unlink a device?

No problem:

  • Go to Settings > Manage Account > Unlink Device
  • You can then re-setup this device as you wish!
