How do I upgrade from Solo to Family Premium?
Learn how to switch your subscription from Solo to Family without losing access or billing history.
Chillio's Solo and Family Premium plans are handled through the App Store, which doesn’t support instant upgrades between subscription tiers. But don't worry—there are ways to switch now or at your next renewal.

🛍️ Subscription Plan Options
⏱ Already subscribed?
- If you're on a Trial: Changing to Family Premium will take effect once the trial ends, and you’ll be charged for the new plan.
- If you're on Monthly/Annual: Changing your subscription now will schedule the switch for your next billing cycle. It won’t take effect immediately.
🚀 Want to upgrade immediately?
- Use a Family Member's Account: Have someone in your Apple Family Group subscribe to Family Premium using their Apple ID—you’ll all get access instantly.
- Buy the Lifetime Family Plan: Lifetime purchases activate immediately and unlock permanent Family access.

💰 Purchased Solo Recently?
If it’s been less than 30 days, you can:
- Cancel your Solo subscription
- Request a refund through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Once refunded, subscribe to Family Premium

🚫 Lifetime Solo to Family?
Unfortunately, Lifetime Solo cannot be upgraded. If you’d like Family access, you’ll need to purchase Lifetime Family as a separate one-time purchase.
