Terms of Service

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chillio, operated by Lumos Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using Chillio you agree to these Terms.

    1. The Service — Player Only, No Content

    Chillio is a media player application. Your purchase and use of Chillio is solely for the enhancement of your viewing experience — features such as the player interface, EPG, favorites, profiles, parental controls, and other functionality. Chillio does not provide, host, supply, curate, recommend, index, or distribute any content of any kind, including but not limited to channels, playlists, streams, movies, TV shows, sports, or live events.

    You are solely responsible for the content you choose to play through Chillio, for providing your own streaming service credentials, playlists, or sources, and for ensuring you have the legal right to access that content. Chillio simply renders the sources you provide.

    Support requests relating to content will be declined. This includes, but is not limited to, requests to provide playlists, M3U URLs, Xtream credentials, channel lists, EPG sources, missing channels, broken streams, content recommendations, or any question about where to obtain content. Our support team can only help with the Chillio app itself (player features, account, billing, bugs).

    2. Web Purchases

    Web purchases are sold by Lumos Labs LLC directly and paid in USDC on Base, either from your own wallet or via a card on-ramp. Any applicable tax is included in the price at checkout. All web sales are final — see our Refund Policy.

    App Store and Google Play purchases are sold by Apple and Google and governed by their terms.

    3. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use Chillio for any unlawful purpose or to access content you are not authorized to access;
    • Circumvent, disable, tamper with, or otherwise attempt to bypass any licensing, entitlement, authentication, payment, or premium-feature mechanism in Chillio;
    • Use, distribute, or promote modified, cracked, patched, repackaged, or otherwise unauthorized versions of Chillio, or tools designed to enable any of the above;
    • Share, sell, transfer, or otherwise make available your account, license, activation code, or premium entitlement to any third party;
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
    • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Chillio without our written permission;
    • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service or create accounts;
    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it;
    • Submit fraudulent payments, charge back on-ramp transactions, or pay from sanctioned addresses.

    4. Suspension and Termination

    We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your account, revoke any premium entitlement, and deny you future access to Chillio if we believe in good faith that you have violated these Terms — including, without limitation, any attempt to bypass our premium or licensing systems, use of unauthorized builds, account or license sharing, or fraudulent payment activity.

    Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts previously paid, and does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us. You may stop using Chillio at any time.

    5. Disclaimer

    Chillio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content accessed through the app or any third-party services you connect to. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    6. Intellectual Property

    Chillio and all related trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Lumos Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

    7. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of Chillio after changes constitutes acceptance.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
